“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. No, it is not.” – Dr. Seuss
If elected, I’ll do everything in my power to redress these shortcomings:
- Reducing residents to “customer” roles. A city Is not a business. It is a community of people who delegate management of their city through a city council and ceremonial mayor.
- Lack of transparency about city decisions. Residents and businesses should be able to find out why things are done, whether or not they share the ideology of the mayor and council.
- Poor ethics highlighted by the bullying of elected officials, city staff, local business owners, and residents.
I invite you to join us towards making Georgetown the best place in Texas for you, your family and your neighbors, and I ask for your vote on May 4th, 2019 to be Council Member for District 4 in Georgetown.
Thanks for your support.
